- AFCG identified Osaka is as the next key growth market in 2024. With the World Expo hosted in Osaka from April to Oct 2025 and the arrival of the mega Integrated Casino Resorts project in 2030, we are confident Osaka tourism will enjoy significant growth in the coming years.
- AFCG identified and acquired 2 prime hotel properties in Osaka. One in Central Namba and the other in the heart of Honmachi. We acquired both in 2024 with the plan to reposition the asset.
- We are very proud to partner with the Far East Hospitality Group to open a pair of Far East Village Osaka hotels in the summer of 2025. Just in time for the Osaka Expo.
- Alongside our hotel management partners at Far East, we are confident we can unlock significant value of our assets in the coming years.
